Write to us in English, French or Spanish. We aim to reply within 5 working days, and faster for safety and copyright matters.

What to write about

• Help with the game — something broken, a lost account, coins that did not arrive. Tell us your handle and roughly when it happened.
• Safety and abuse — content or behaviour that worries you. If it is on a specific cara or profile, reporting it in the app reaches us fastest, because it comes with the exact content attached. Email us as well if it is urgent.
• Privacy — access, correction, deletion, objection, or any question about how we handle your data. See the Privacy Policy; note that a copy of your data and account deletion are both available immediately in the app under Settings.
• Copyright — if content on Caraidiz infringes your rights, follow the notice-and-takedown process so your notice contains what it needs to.
• An enforcement decision you think is wrong — if we removed your cara or your account, say so and we will look at it again.
• Everything else — press, partnerships, or a question that fits nowhere above.

Faster in the app

Some things do not need us at all:

• Report a cara or a profile — the "…" menu on any cara or profile.
• Block someone — from their profile. They disappear from your feed and you from theirs.
• Make a cara private, or delete it — from your own profile.
• Export your data — Settings → Export my data. It arrives by email.
• Delete your account and your videos — Settings → Delete Account.

Reporting a security problem

If you have found a security or privacy vulnerability, please email contact@caraidiz.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before making it public. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access, alter or retain other people's data.
